After the monthly 100 potential seller list, we also deliver “honorable mentions”. These are the hidden gems that didn't quite make the initial cut but are now inching closer to the top tier of potential movers 

How much does a Prism subscription cost? 

$500 per month per zip code, it's a small investment with potentially massive returns. Plus, with our exclusive zip code licensing, you can rest assured that you have the competitive edge in your area. 

What is included in my Prism subscription? 

• Up to 100 properties which Prism feels are the mostly likely to sell their home in 90 days.
• All properties come with Phones and Emails if available.
• All properties are full assessor records like a normal farm.
• Honorable Mentions (Properties that did not make the 1st of month cut but would have made it now.)
• Life Events (Every life event for that zip code in last 90 days, Marriages, Births, Deaths, Divorces, Graduates)

What is the Prism Guarantee? 

We stand behind our product with confidence. That's why we offer a guarantee like no other. If, after 90 days if 3 of the properties we have delivered have not sold, listed (with anyone), changed ownership, or went to FSBO they get 90 days free. After the second 90 days if still not three of all delivered properties we give the months paid for or prism service back. Regular one zip user this would be $1500. This guarantee is only if customer wishes to stop service for ever.
